Customer Reviews
I highly recommend VEG ER. I brought my cat Emmitt in this morning and was incredibly impressed with the care we received. The team was kind, thorough, and clearly focused on Emmitt’s health and comfort (and mine too!). I was able to stay with him through his exams, and we had a quiet room with a big window and a couch where he could explore or rest while we waited. Being able to cuddle with him instead of sitting in a waiting room meant a lot. When you’re worried about your pet, this level of kindness and transparency means everything. The team has been very upfront about options and costs, and supportive of whatever approach works best for us. I never felt pressured, just informed and supported. Knowing I can call 24/7 if questions come up is very reassuring. Dr. Dockrey and Megan wer
They helped me as soon as I walked in the door, they send me an invoice before even starting my services so I knew exactly what I was paying for and what they were doing. They moved me into a room since my dog couldn’t open her eye, they dimmed the lights for her to help her eye from hurting, and they let me stay with her the entire time. They explained everything as they were doing it. 2 ladies gave my dog all the cuddles, and the Dr explained everything and showed me the cut in her eye. They figured out what was wrong and helped my dog all in less than an hour. I had the rX in my hand and we left. So grateful I found this place. I came straight from work and they were all extremely kind and attentive. I can’t stop raving about them. I would 100% recommend them to literally everyone I kno
The experience was new to me, ideally I would have like to have someone knowledgeable and who loves animals and their job. My Toy Poodle broke his leg. I was told this was a great place with reasonable prices. Upon arriving immediately after paying $500 for 2 x-rays they began to push for surgery. I requested that they provide me all options because I was unable to afford surgery. They recommended credit care to pay for the surgery. I asked what could be done today. They mislead me into thinking he had a full brace when they only put a temporary splint which kept his leg from healing properly. When I returned 2 weeks later to get his bandages changed surgery was no longer their recommendation but they stated he needed immediate amputation. After getting a 2nd opinion because I no longer t
On December 28th, I experienced what was without question my worst day and my greatest fear. I brought my beloved golden retriever, Rowan, in for what I believed was a minor illness—something I expected would be a quick visit with reassurance and a trip back home. Within seconds of Dr. Kotonic assessing Rowan, everything changed. What I thought was “nothing” turned into something dangerously serious. Hearing that she had fluid around her heart and lungs were the last words I ever expected, and it marked the beginning of the scariest 24 hours of our lives. The entire team that day was absolutely amazing. They swiftly came together with a clear game plan, and the confidence, teamwork, and dedication they showed made an unbearable situation so much easier to endure. Dr. Kotonic worked tirel
The VEG Nora staff handled my pet rat's respiratory distress with efficiency and care. Dr. Kotani was able to assess my rat's case immediately and get him on oxygen support while a care plan was put together. Faith handled him with care during his x-ray. The whole staff helped get my pet stabilized so that he could return home with us happy and healthy.
