Michael and Michael are both very polite and helpful. I met the son of the recently paved Nick Plate trail and he invited me to visit the show too. When I arrived, the father told me some wonderful stories about the rug's origins. Wonderful people! I look forward to purchasing a beautiful rug soon.

I spoke with both the owner and his son. Both were the most knowledgable people I have ever spoken to about rugs. They helped me with a rug I did not purchase from them and just gave me their opinion on if it was ruined or not. They have a great selection of rugs and work hard to stay in your budget with their quality products. You can't go wrong working with this multi-generationally owned company.

It's a trip to a far away place once you step inside. Joseph's is a cleaning and repair shop for the gorgeous rugs that you own. And at a very fair price!! My GF and I got a machine made wool Karastan rug for cheapy cheap from Audrey's in Indy. Took it to Joseph's and got it back in a few days looking better than when we got it. They have an immense selection of absolutely to-die-for gorgeous rugs.
