In the middle of an emergency, the team at VECC was a lifesaver. Not only were they incredibly efficient and professional, but they also took the time to keep me updated every step of the way. What touched me most was how much love and affection they showed my dog while she was in their care. It’s rare to find a team that balances high-level medical urgency with such genuine compassion. They turned a scary situation into a manageable one.

This team is incredibly compassionate and caring, even during the hardest times. Our family had to say goodbye to our beloved childhood dog and both the technician and the doctor were patient and kind, even though it was the middle of the night on a Saturday. The staff was SO thoughtful and made ink pawprints for us; it was a very sweet gift to remember her by. I am glad to have a 24/7 ER in the area that we can trust during such a difficult time.

I took my dog to VECC thanks to a recommendation from a friend. The staff was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was concerned my dog ate corn on the cob, and I felt like the staff's sense of urgency was appropriate for his situation. The staff listened to my concerns, including that my dog is nice but very frantic for restraint, and discussed with me a plan, including sedation for my antsy lab. They took x-rays and the doctor went over all options, made sure I was comfortable with the plan, and discussed any necessary follow-up and what to look for. The process was explained well - from check in, to deposit, to payment. It was overall a great experience and luckily I have not had to return with an emergency but if I need to, I will go right to VECC.

I brought my girl Gabby here just over a week ago. The staff here was so kind, compassionate, funny, and flexible. They got her right in for vitals and such even though they were already working on some other pets. They were honest about pricing and recommendations. We’ve been here with each one of our pets and each time the staff just gets better and kinder. Thank you for all you do! 🤍

Twenty years of extraordinary care!!! My Ragdoll (one sadly passed) is cared for with exceptional medical expertise and a sincere desire to help her. The excellent surgical team has saved her life!!! She had a complex surgery and was completely cured. VECC was extremely compassionate when my beloved cat (Ava) needed to pass. Now, my 18 year-old (Violet) is at the clinic, & I just got a call saying they’ve stabilized her! Always another miracle with VECC. I love them! 💕 I am so grateful that my Cats are treated with such respect and dignity. I am treated that way too. Everyone is outstandingly qualified and incredibly passionate about helping animals and their guardians. I just adore the clinic. A “Special” Thank you to Liz!!! You have helped immensely!!!!
