I booked my dog to be groomed same day after a muddy park visit. He’s been groomed many times and no groomers have ever had any aggression issues with him. I did let the groomers at petsmart know that he didn’t love his feet and tail touched and may need some extra time to get comfortable. When I picked him up I was told he was “very aggressive” and they “did their best”. His hair cut is choppy, half done, head is still wet, and I paid the full $120. I am not saying my dog was not aggressive with the groomers. I was not there and do not know what happened. But I really wish I had received a call when they began having issues instead of attempting to groom him while he was in an obvious state of anxiety

Always sad to see the animals they sell because they are clearly in too small cages.although ut does seem the employees have raken good care of them as well as they can. And the place is clean.

Cheyna took my dog in for a full groom today and knocked it out of the park! Not only is my dog challenging to groom from a fur perspective but he’s really shy with new people. Thank you for your patience and he looks great! His best groom yet!

I don't have a pet but I know people who do. The store has a huge selection of products for all kinds of pets, except tigers and 🐒 monkeys. And insects. They sell food and supplies for cats, dogs, birds, 🐹 hamsters/ gerbils, lizards, 🐍 snakes and fish 🐟. They have fish 🐠, parakeets and gerbils for sale. They had a few 🐈 cats, but, I don't know if you adopt them or purchase them. They have a dog 🐕 grooming facility as well. The staff were helpful and asked if you needed assistance. There is plenty of parking 🅿️. I found a gift 🎁 for a friend who has cats.

We went to buy a few new beta fish for a first pet. We bought the fish and needed someone to assist us with bagging them up. The lady who was suppose to help us told us she was busy and gave us the bags and told us to bag them up for ourselves. A small plus, the lady at the counter was nice.
