Brought my dog in to have her heart murmur evaluated. Dr. Labear was so kind & very sweet with my stressed pup. Everyone I encountered were helpful & caring. Clinic was clean & we were seen in a timely manner. It is an ER so prices are a bit higher than a day practice, but this is to be expected.

I had an outstanding experience at veterinary emergency clinic. My dog needed an x‑ray, and Dr Laubert along side with Christina had such kindness and patience with her. They explained everything clearly, walked me through the results, and made sure Nikki was comfortable the whole time. The level of care and professionalism was exceptional. I’m truly grateful for the compassion they showed us and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality vet care.

I highly recommend this hospital for emergency pet needs following my recent visit. Within two minutes of being placed in a room, I had the pleasure of speaking with the nursing manager, Jessica. She was incredibly compassionate, constantly checked on us, and provided regular updates throughout our visit. She even brought snacks and drinks to the room and asked if there was anything else she could do to make us more comfortable. Dr. Fusher (please excuse any misspelling) was also amazing. She took her time with us and answered every question we had; we never felt rushed. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience from the moment we arrived until we left. While pricing was comparable to other pet ERs in the area, the customer service was the best my pet and I have ever received at an animal hosp

This place is so amazing. I recommend them to anyone with an animal. They are so kind and caring. And the nurse manager is amazing. She really listened to my concerns.

They took wonderful care of our newest rescue—a very sweet mom-to-be cat—and truly went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and well taken care of.
