Veterinary Emergency Center of Redlands

I had a great experience at this veterinary emergency clinic. The staff’s communication skills are excellent—they were incredibly helpful, understanding, and empathetic throughout the entire process. I’ve dealt with many veterinary clinics in the past, and this one is truly on top of it. They send text updates while your pet is receiving care and always answered my questions, whether I called or was in the clinic. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and I noticed they consistently have someone cleaning, which I really appreciate. They are on the pricier side, but their cleanliness, strong communication, willingness to work with you, and genuine empathy make it absolutely worth it. I highly recommend this clinic.

This place is really good!! They take good care of my dog. And what I wasn’t expecting was them calling with important updates and explaining the results of tests and scans they did. As well as them texting me with updates on my dog and sending pictures of him as well. I thought that was really sweet of them sending me pictures of my dog as he was feeling better. I could tell they were good and nice to the owners as well as our pets. Their customer service and professionalism was really good. Overall this place is amazing and I am extremely satisfied with how they treated and helped me and my dog. I’d recommend coming here.

We had the unfortunate experience to have to deal with VEC, due to the unexpected death of one of our fur babies, Shady. VEC was fantastic. They were compassionate, friendly and helpful. We feel 100% confidence they will care for our baby with sensitivity, compassion and care. Their pricing is also very competitive. An update, a second fur baby, LuLu, passed away 12 days later and we did not hesitate to bring her to VEC, for their quality care and service. We were completely satisfied.

Dr. Townsend made a very sad day a little easier on my family. We learned we had to say goodbye to our sweet dog, Juliet, and he was so kind to us and so gentle with her. His reassurance has helped us immensely. Thank you Dr. Townsend.

Losing our baby June was the hardest moment of our lives, and we are beyond grateful for the compassion and kindness shown to us by the entire staff. June was my emotional support and a huge part of our family, and she was treated with so much dignity and love in her final moments. The memorial gifts they gave us, a small bottle with her hair and a box with her paw print and nose print, meant more to our family than words can express. These keepsakes brought us comfort during such deep grief. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for June and for our family during the most painful time we’ve ever faced.
