Avoid seeing Dr. Cain under any circumstances. She’s rude, uncouth, unprofessional and severely lacks any empathy. She will waste your time by arguing with you about everything and anything and not actually talk to you about the issue you may have come in for. She also contradicts herself in her own arguments. And has no idea of when the frequency of certain lab work should be done. It’s incredibly frustrating. Honestly, don’t know why she’s here. The rest of the staff and doctors are wonderful.

Ripley loves coming to the Animal Medical Care Center of Redlands. She always feels so welcomed and taken care of. We never have trouble getting appointments, we get reminders and get her monthly shot with no fuss. The staff is so caring and friendly. We drive 2.5 hours to come here because the care is unmatched!

Dr Burch and his nurse Darlene are two of the loveliest people. This year Darlene called to schedule a heart worm test. She scheduled it and had her seen in a few minutes. The young lady on the phone was so lovely, professional and friendly. This must be a new receptionist. She was a delight. I have my medicine and everyone is happy.

very upset with this facility, brought in a kitty to possibly help it AND KEEP IT on Friday got no updates all weekend on how it was doing (didnt know what was wrong.) Didnt get a call ALL weekend btw, was told that the kitty was ran over, but its intestines were messed up & broken leg. INSTEAD of helping the animal all weekend by putting it down, it suffered all weekend long until it died from pain & suffering Monday morning and was called barley so im sure the kitty died in pain & alone. 0/5 stars if I could
