I want definitely recommend this animal hospital! I was looking for the clinic in Jacksonville to make vaccines and all the documents for my cats. We are going to move back to Europe. I visited seven or even more different places and their prices are badly shocked me. From the moment I first walked in this place, I felt that they hear and understand me. And that it would not cost me arm and a leg. The doctor explained how everything works, all the costs, I breathed a sigh of relief. Everything is transparent. It's the first place like this. From the very first moment we arrived, the front desk staff was incredibly kind — the entire team is truly wonderful. I had an emergency visit with my dog showing signs of a possible foreign body, and I was so relieved to get a same-day appointment with Dr. Corrales. He performed surgery, and his work was phenomenal. The team was incredibly supportive — checking in daily, guiding me through care, and always making sure Fez was on the path to recovery. Three weeks later, Fez is thriving — happy, healthy, and doing great. I can’t thank Dr. Corrales and his team enough for their skill, compassion, and dedication. The best vet in town in my opinion. Dr Corrales is just the most transparent vet you will ever meet, he will tell you things exactly how they are, and will even go further and explain to you what your pet is having, in the best way possible so you can also understand whats going on.
