Vetek Labs

Vetek is my favorite lab to work with. We only found them this year, but their service and turn around times are unmatched and at a fraction of the cost of other labs, we're able to provide our patients with more testing and care than we would be with the other large laboratories in the vetmed industry. Huge thank you too Vetek for having such amazing service and such a wide range of tests.

I use Vetek for my small practice and they are phenomenal. Thomas always answers the phone quickly, the prices are great, and overall a million less headaches than a huge corporate lab. Highly recommend!

Really hope your drivers learn respect and safety when they are driving! Your driver in the number 75 car (in Gilbert area) almost ran me and a fed ex truck off the road into a construction area on purpose to not let anyone merge into a lane that was ending due to the construction! Absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. I hope this driver gets reprimanded for this.

I have been working with Vetek Labs since I opened my hospital in 2022. Vetek Labs offers INCREDIBLE customer service, attention to detail, quality results, and care of my team and our patients. I am in shock over what they are able to do with the itty bitty samples of blood we manage to send them. They work HARD to squeeze every last drop of results out of some of my most tiniest short samples. No contracts, no minimums, excellent pricing, you call (or text!) and get a real person immediately every time, ability to consult pathologist on those hard cases, huge list of customizable packages to request. The list of tests is comparable to other large labs, the results are timely, the prices are excellent. Best of all though? The customer service - I would give 10 stars if I could. This lab listens to and VALUES my feedback. Lance is amazingly attentive to my practice. He makes me feel like I am an important independent practitioner in a sea of corporate owned practices. I really like the monthly specials that help me and my clients financially. No contracts necessary either - that's a relief! Thank you for giving me an alternative to the big guys!
