Vetco Vaccination Clinic

We've been taking our border collies to Vetco Vaccination Clinic for a few years now and have enjoyed and appreciated the interactions with everyone there, both with us and our dogs.

Took two of my cats in for three-year rabies vaccinations, last minute at-that. It was a quick and simple experience. We were able to have each cat with cat carrier in her own cart while we waited and then when the time came, all of the employees were extremely friendly and treated each cat with care. My cats are normally pretty scared of the vet but they handled the situation like champs, one getting very happy about the attention and love she was receiving. We were in and out quickly. The rabies certificates were emailed to us almost immediately, which made it easy to email those to every party who needed it (their vets, our apartment, etc).

Went to a clinic for a Heartworm test and RX. The test was completed. It has been extremely difficult to have the customer no-support send the RX to the mail order pharmacy. We explained that we are just traveling through and need to have the RX sent to the pharmacy. The customer no-support was not helpful. They said it may take a week for them to fax the RX. They said they they could not expedite the Rx. Unacceptable service . We thought it might be beneficial to use a national vet service so it would be easier for us while traveling. Not the case. I will not be recommending this service to our fellow travelers with pets.

Excellent place to get a pet vaccines speciality since my vet was sick, only faulty is you have to appointment online and Saturdays only, but there really good, nice and clean.
