Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Very convenient and cheaper then a full on vet visit, but they go through it so quickly that the animals are terrified and don't get everything you pay for sometimes. For instance the oral vaccine and treatment if they miss the animals mouth, oh well they don't fix it just move on. I noticed they marked most of the exam as unable to do as well. If they took their time, introducing themselves to the animals to get them to except them maybe it wouldn't be so scary. Also when they take blood they don't always bandage it so blood gets everywhere without noticing at first, as well as little poops or pee pee that is let out from fear. Depending on the people doing the service the experience can be good or bad for the animals. But in the end I appreciate the convenience of being able to jus

Vet clinic at Swampscott inside Vet Co is horrible they were rude and lazy. They did not want to take my pet because she had a little growl. Ridiculous rude vet as well as vet tech will not be back please do not bring your pet here worst experience ever never going back lost a loyal customer. Also have horrible services please if you care about your pet avoid at all costs. Also traveld 30 minutes each way just to find out she couldn’t be vaccinated Insane this place really sucks.

Appointment times mean nothing to this location. Both visits resulted in being seen an hour after appointment time. Little to no communication. They should stop creating 5min appointment slots that they cannot keep up with, it's unfair to both customers and the employees who can't keep up with that demand.

Walk In grooming for nail trim. Have been other places no problem. After wards her nails were jagged and splintered. She bleed as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

Very rude and unprofessional. I will bring my babies somewhere else.
