⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding experience at the Petco in Swampscott thanks to Jeff at the register. He was incredibly helpful, genuinely friendly, and an absolute pleasure to interact with. You can tell he works hard and truly cares about customers—efficient, patient, and always smiling, even during a busy moment. Jeff is a real asset to this store and made my visit memorable. Highly recommend this location because of team members like him!

The manager Emily was amazing from the day we adopted a surrendered beardie we named Zorro to present day! She always did her best to answer our questions and we felt confident in her opinions! All the staff is very friendly and helpful as well

08/09/25 This Petco has consistently been clean, and the animals well taken care of. If you go to Petco Revere compared to the tanks here at Swampscott, it’s night and day. I want to shout out employee Dale. Dale was very helpful, knowledgeable, and attentive young man to my s.o and I during our shopping experience. He’s always happy to answer questions and explain things; Petco found a great young man that’s passionate about animals!

Cashier was pleasant and personable with an upbeat and friendly attitude. It took me a bit longer and she didn’t rush me and had patience throughout the entire transaction.
