While Petcos been very good about everything when it comes to my kittens vaccines.....up until this point.......I scheduled an appointment on April 1st ( day after his last appt) for today @ the vetco clinic in Rochester, my cat was due for his LAST distemper & his microchip. Everything was paid for on the very first visit! I had scheduled an appt for today, I had recieved an email confirmation of the appointment for today, but didn't recieve ANY txt messages like usual. So I went to the appointment. The lady who was checking people in today was RUDE and condescending! After she asked. "Can I help you with something like it bothered her that i was even standing there." I told her about the scheduling where I recieved an email confirmation but didnt get any of the txt messages tha
