Broadview Animal Hospital of Rochester

Yesterday, my husband and I had to in for a medical emergency for our cat Soul. It resulted in him having to be put to sleep. It was sudden and unexpected. When we checked in, he was okay. Once we sat in the waiting room, he started having another medical emergency. I walked up to the front desk and told the sweet girl up front what was happening and he was immediately taken back. Once we were in a room, the vet tech came in and introduced herself as Sam. (I'm sorry if I have her name wrong). Then the doctor came in. We were informed that our sweet Soul had free fluid and it was time to say our goodbyes. My husband and I are fortunate enough to not have been through euthanasia before. I left a non emergency message at 730am and Vicky called me right back at 8am! Dr Gerroll and Brianna gave personalized attention to Oscar. Lots of hugs and snuggles even with all his eye boogies! I love how the techs all come out to see Oscar when he is there. Especially Kaila...that's his girlfriend 😉

Broadview animal hospital of Rochester takes great care of our dog Benny, he's a pocket American Bully ( lowrider). So when searching for a vet we wanted the best care along with something close by and we found it all with Broadview. From our first appointment the staff was knowledgeable of his breed, American Bully's are big down south which is where Benny was rescued from. You can tell how much the staff cares for the pets they see. They take the time to explain everything from blood work to vaccines. We are beyond satisfied with the care Benny receives at Broadview and are proud to take Benny there plus he loves any and all attention he gets from all the staff thank you for all you do taking care of my best friend it means the world to our family

Dr. Davis that worked with us to help Ollie cat was amazing. She was so compassionate and just so heartfelt. She definitely helped calm my daughters worries about our cat. Dr. Davis!
