Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I took my puppy for his rabbies shot and it was so quick. No waiting. The techs were wonderful and it was so much cheaper and a much better experience than a vet visit.

Appointments are easy.to schedule onlines and pets are taken in on time. Check in process is quick and Dr's are very nice. While process was done in 15min start to finish.

This is my 3rd year coming for vaccines for my two cats and I was incredibly disappointed. The check-in was fine. The Veterinarian was on a phone call during the entire appointment and actively having a conversation with someone in his ear. My first cat was vaccinated while remaining in her carrier, which is fine for her comfort. However all 3 vaccines were given on the right side of her abdomen and when she started to squirm they pinned her down with cat gloves. My second cat had to be removed from her carrier and again all vaccines were given in one spot on the right side of her abdomen. I have a degree in animal science and used to be a vet assistant for 3 years at a low cost vaccine clinic and have never seen as little effort by the medical team to vaccinate in the appropriate location

Worst experience i scheduled a slot for 12:40pm get there and they tell me to reschedule for later as the clinic was closed.

I got vaccinations for two cats but only received the documentation for one of them. It's been frustrating trying to deal with this company that only wants to send you the email instead of a printed copy and then they don't send you what you paid for. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau because now it says that the vetco is closed at this location
