The actual Vet was really nice, However the techs were not... I felt rushed and they kept calling my dog Louie... His name is Han-Lue (Loo)... Tried correcting them and they kept on calling him Louie... Other then that, Happy with Vetco Mobile Vet... Thank you!
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!! Worst experience of my LIFE!!!!! I HAD TO GO OVERSEAS ON A MEDICAL EMERGENCY SO MY DAUGHTERS TOOK OUR NEW BABY IN FOR A RABIE SHOT AND THEY GAVE HER EVERYTHING BUT THE RABIE SHOT. didn’t bother to check her paperwork and gave her double doses of vaccines she already had taken! WHEN ALL SHE NEEDED Was a rabies shot !!!!! Very frustrating and I’m very upset
These guys so strict on time I got late for 5 mins they cancelled the appointment. It’s not fair for places like NJ. I will rate them low. Flexibility in business is mandatory #beeyem And expression while denying service is so awkward. I prefer less with them again
I was very satisfied and loved that my furbaby Grizzly felt comfortable with the Dr n her assistant.
Excellent experience. Vaccine boosters for my cat. All went smoothly.
