Vetco Vaccination Clinic

Our dogs are a handful. This service is a blessing!! I want to keep up on their vaccinations, but don't like paying for an exam that I don't need. I didn't have any concerns.

They were very efficient and caring and informative my 3month old yorkey/ labrapoodle mix was very content!! Thanks again

While I appreciate the convenience of this service, the Veterinarian staff is terrible. No conversation, no explanations and no advice about potential side effects. When I asked questions, the answers are short and curt. As someone who works in healthcare , I expect some civility and respectful interaction. The support staff is the only saving grace here. They are wonderful!

I called to get a prescription for my dogs for flea meds. In Washington state there must be guidelines for how the prescription is done. I was not informed until after I scheduled an appointment had my dogs checked for heart worm spending over an hour waiting and 102.00 dollars only to find out that no pharmacy in Washington will take the PDF version of the prescription you offer. I was told to call and it would be faxed. I called and was told that it will take at minimum 3 business days to get APPROVED and I would get a call from vetco. So I asked for it to be escalated as my dog is sick from flea bites. Not a response yet and it's day 3. I will call again tomorrow but this is not conducive for a proper business plan.
