Great place the two lady’s at the desk were very polite and open to conversation. I went to go wash my cat and I’m extremely grateful they had a wash table you could rent. Spent $50 but I also bought a new collar for my cat. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in the area. I’m a truck driver so finding a place to keep your furry friends clean is a hard thing to do.

I was in the store twice. Both times the place was empty. Neither of the girls at the checkout offered assistance. They were too busy on their phones. I found the pricing to be higher as compared other quality stores. I had contacted Julie, the owner, about CBD oil and questioned some of her answers. She was rude and obviously thinks she knows it all. As you can see from her long winded angry responses to others who don’t write stellar reviews, she is quite rude, defensive and doesn’t take criticism well. Very unprofessional. I expect a long winded derogatory response from her, as with the others. But it’s fine, because it just goes to further illustrate who she really is.

Julz is our go-to pet store! Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. A huge variety of healthy food and treats that we feed our pup. Competitive pricing and good sales. Highly recommend!

Julz Animal Houz is an absolute gem of a pet store. Their product selection, dedication to raw and fresh food offerings and educated staff is unlike anything around. Every time I go to Julz I find something new and special that I just have to get for my pup. On top of their premium product selection, they do a really good job keeping their prices comeptitive and offering savings for customers.
