Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I've been taking my dog here for years and the vaccination services are affordable with convenient online appointment booking. Unfortunately, at the most recent appointment I received an email prescription for a brand of flea/tick and heartworm preventative that is not what I'd indicated my dog was maintained on both verbally at check in and on the registration form. Despite multiple attempts, it has been next to impossible to have this rectified even after reaching out to customer service. I've not been offered a reasonable option to correct this issue beyond being told to "come back in for another appointment to receive a new prescription" which seems illogical (as the prescription was emailed) and inconvenient.

First time coming to Vetco for my dog's vaccinations. We had a great experience. Jackson Heights Vetco has a very friendly staff with affordable prices. Everything was quick and efficient. We were the first scheduled appointment of the day, so there was no wait time.

Went here to get my kitten both her booster and rabies shots. The visit was quick, and the vets were really gentle and clearly knew what they were doing. They explained everything, including what’s best for her health and the spay process. I’d definitely come back for her next shots.

I went here to vaccinate my kittens. The woman who set up our 2nd vaccine appointment scheduled us 1 week too early. When we showed up, the vet would not vaccinate the kittens because we had to wait 4 weeks (not 3) for the second vaccination. It was a waste of time to come so we had to return later in the week. I don't know why this individual messed up scheduling us when it's a main part of her job. This was really frustrating. I would only vaccinate here if it's significantly less expensive than a regular vet. In addition, the dogs that were waiting to get vaccinated would pee inside the store. It was not cleaned up in a timely manner.

Great customer service, appointments are handled on time, very caring with our babies, helpful, and affordable prices. Highly recommend VETCO
