Their service is just OK for the cost of vaccinations which is only a few $ cheaper than other vets. The free exam is only namesake and they rush through it and not really able to answer questions. So, pretty useless IMO. The vaccination process itself is fine but my maltipoo pup got shivers and was extremely fatigued after the shots.
The clinic was good but their punctuality was horrible (started 1 1/2 hours later than advertising in their website). People and pets were getting very anxious.
Quick check in, the vet was very gentle and kind thank you!!
