Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I’ve never been treated as poorly by the staff at veterinary office as we were here. From the tech having a massive attitude about me not wanting to put a slip lead on my CHIHUAHUA WITH TRACHEA ISSUES, to the vet insisting my VERY FRIENDLY male was going to bite her, to once again the tech not listening about us not wanting her to schedule our next appointment I feel like they just did not want to listen to a word I said. I know shot clinics are kind of the bottom of the barrel service wise when you need something done, but we were on a time constraint and trying to explain anything to these people was like talking to a mix of brick wall and a used car salesman trying to upsell. My wife and I took our 4 fur babies/cats to this clinic Saturday. Everyone was so kind, from The receptionist to the two Vets caring for our babies, we could not have been happier. I truly appreciated the kind touch they had when handling all 4 of our cats. We will be bringing our Dog into the clinic in the near future! To top it off it was free rabies shots for all. We cannot complain one bit!!! Thanks, Petco for having this Clinic!!!

Techs and attending vet were courteous and knowledgeable! They handled our scared cat with ease and made the process so smooth she didn’t even have time to pull out the murder mitts
