Service was great. I didn't like how I went in totally blind folded on the prices and they aren't listed anywhere. There was a laminated sheet with individual prices for clerk to try and sell me different packages but I was totally confused. I am the kind of person that needs the sheet in MY hand to pick what services I want.

"Check in" person watched me walk around aimlessly with my cat in a carrier without a greeting or a simple "would you like to check in"? I ask for no dewormer with her. Vet takes cat out, mumbles vitals, rapidly gives 3 shots, then turns away without a look in the eye. I said did u just give him dewormer? They did. If you want to feel ignored even with your pets concerns, come here.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Knowledgeable and kind. My address was spelled incorrectly - but I don't think it matters much. Overall good experience.

My pets first time being professionally groomed. He was well taken care of and was so cute when she was done

Fast, easy process. Only complaint is that the shots are given in the middle of the store, which is scary for the cats.
