Nobody's Perfekt Dogs and Cats Rescue

Very nice helpful rescue. You get to have a sleep over period of 2 weeks before deciding if it is a good fit for you and the dog before adopting. They are very helpful about any health problems that the dog may have. I just met Odie yesterday and he is adjusting wonderfully. A few bathroom issues but he's learning to go outside. It's all new to him.

Be prepared to have your heart broken by the owner, Rick Hollander. We met the team from the Shelter at a Pet Fair and absolutely fell in love with one of the dogs. We described our situation and expectations for our new fur baby. We asked if the dog is okay to be left alone for a few hours (so the dog is meant to be alone for 4 hours total on 2-3 days a week). When the dog is alone, he would be in the backyard, free to lounge or sunbath. At night we talked about having him crated for the first couple of weeks, in a room outside in the yard, right next to our bedroom (photo attached).
