Different staff at different visits: first visit was nice, second was a nightmare of incompetence and rudeness. Brittany was abrasive and tried to start an argument, forgot to weigh my pet, and then convinced Nancy to refuse to vaccinate my second pet because of an elevated temperature from being in the car (they didn't check the temp on any of my pets per the visit report). Nancy was also rude and unreasonable, and then billed me twice for the same services. I then received an email to schedule an appointment to vaccinate the pet that I was double charged for, as if they had never vaccinated it. Customer service required multiple phone calls to contact a supervisor, who apologized and said that their staff are well trained and that this will not happen again.
