Vetco Vaccination Clinic

We had a great experience with the staff at Vetco. They were right on time and were so good to our little kitten when giving him his vaccinations.

Very convenient place for a clinic. It is clean and the animals are well taken care of. Many shopping options available in the store. While I was there staff were cleaning cages of the adoptable kittens. Other animal cages are always clean.

I took my puppy to the Green Oak Petco for her 12 week vaccinations. Everyone working for Vetco clinic was super friendly and the process was efficient. Pricing was affordable, too! She will be back for her 16 week visit and microchip.

I made an appointment at a Vetco vaccine clinic for my dog to recieve his rabies vacine. I filled out the online information form about my pet. I included the fact that my dog had a negative reaction to the Leptospirosis. They confirmed my appointment. I took time off of work, arrived early and on arrival, they asked some questions, when I mentioned the reaction to the Leptospirosis vaccine, they said "sorry, we can't give your dog any vaccines BECAUSE of the negative reaction to the Lepo vaccine." I filled out and gave all of the information BEFORE I took time off work and arrived. My dog was NOT getting the Leptospirosis, JUST a rabies vaccine. Unacceptable. My dog is 7 years old, only needed the rabies vaccine, which he has had before with NO issues. Vetco should have READ the informati

My review isn't based off any bad service or anything they did to my animal. The review is based off informational purposes, Web site lets you book appointments for various animals but has NO PRICES for any service. On top of that I find it very Ridiculous that Dogs are the only animal that can have there nails clipped at the store . Another thing I set my appointment for a Cat but I got a text from vetco to confirm my appointment for a Cane Corso 🙃 . How does that get mixed up ? I'm sure you guys do very well on your services but it lacks major information. Oh yea get a 24hr customer service line so you can tend to the customers regarding questions about there animals , services and pricing . We as customers shouldn't have to constantly call Petco for information on Vetco and that's
