After 30 years of patronizing the Brighton PetSmart with thousands of dollars spent there, that business relationship has ended due to POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by the MANAGER! This PetSmart received a 1 star review due to a malfunctioning online website that promised 2 free cans of wet dog food with the purchase of 13 cans. Ordering 13 cans was successful, but reserving the 14th and 15th free cans at checkout wasn't available. I ordered a quantity of 13 cans and sent my husband with a screenshot of the free promo to the store for pickup. Upon learning from my dissatisfied and troubled husband that there were not 15 cans, I returned the order to the Brighton PetSmart immediately. I rated as one star, which I thought was generous. EXTREMELY POOR customer service. I ordered pet food on-line which was advertised as buy 13 and get 2 extras for free. This was in store or home delivery. When I arrived to pick up the order, the person only had the 13 cans. I advised this person of the ad and offered to show him a picture of it on my phone. He told me point blank that I was only to receive what was on HIS order and he wasn't interested in looking at any photo of the ad. Due to his condisending nature, I asked if there was a manager on duty. He advised me that he was the manager. He then said that they only had 13 cans of the item on the shelf. This is a good clean PetSmart with a very friendly staff. They stock the canned food that my animal likes to eat, and the toys my animal likes to attack.

We went to buy an algae eater. As we stood and looked at the fish for 20 min...including ALL THE DEAD FISH...never once did an employee help us.. we ended up leaving with out buying anything...of course we could of went to a worker and asked for assistance. ..the fact that no other shoppers were left unassisted besides us...made our money want to go elsewhere

5 stars to Fisher that took so much time to explain everything to me on what I need to know for a fish. I feel like I saved so much time and money by everything she shared with me.
