Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

Staff was very pleasant and accommodating from the minute we entered! This was our first time coming in for vet care. Leo was very anxious and was vocal about it! Sabrina was great with him! She was very gentle and her calming presence was felt by all of us especially Leo! She answered all my follow up questions! Dr K. was great too, quick but efficient! Hopefully Leo doesn’t have to come back for anything but if needed we would definitely return to this Vetco! Amazing staff!!!

We had such a wonderful experience with Danielle during our kitty’s very first check-up. She was incredibly kind and gentle, which helped put both us and our kitten at ease. Danielle answered all of our questions thoroughly and made sure we knew exactly who would be helping us next. Her attention to detail and warm demeanor made the visit smooth and reassuring. We’re so grateful for her care and professionalism! Even after having some vaccines and a blood draw, our Kiko left in good spirits and has been resting up after her visit. Thankful to the entire team who took care of her today!

Trying to get my cat neutered. Can't say much about Petco, but the Vetco Total care has pretty crappy customer service. They don't take/return any phone calls for appointments. They recently rescheduled neutering appt to 3 weeks without telling me why. The initial consult appt was $100, which was NEVER mentioned when scheduling the 1st appointment (which was also rescheduled, they called this time but gave me a BS reason). I guess the only reason this store remains in business is pet food sales, otherwise this place should be out-of-business with they way they treat their vet customers.

I never imagined I’d have such a poor experience at Vetco. My cat had severe eye discharge for over a week, and when I brought him in, I showed the doctor photos of how bad his eye looked the day before. He completely dismissed my concern, did a rushed 1-minute exam, and said, “He seems fine.” I know that cats self-clean their eyes, and it's not that obvious on the signs of infection....But I don't understand why he despite the photos and my clear description of the symptoms. I paid over $100 for this brief visit and received no medication or treatment. Unsurprisingly, the very next day, my cat’s eye got worse. He couldn’t open it properly, and I had to call Vetco again. They told me I’d need to bring him in for another full-price visit...another $100+ just for them to “check again.” And i

We saw Alexis and Dr. Carmona. They were AMAZING! We had a million questions and they answered everything, never rushed us and took great care of our girl! Highly recommend- we will be coming back!
