I had a great experience here for my kitty who had stopped eating. They were really helpful and informative and answered any questions I had. They were thorough and reassuring that they could help my pet. They got her on anti nausea medication along with new prescription food and she has been eating again ever since! I was so relieved. They were also super friendly and I was able to get in quickly. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!

I've been coming to Vetco since I got my dog four years ago when every local vet was booked out for months. I worried that the quality of care wouldn't be up to par compared to the smaller businesses, but my dog and I have had nothing but good experiences. My dog will fist fight anyone who touches her nails, but somehow the techs at Vetco get it done every time. I also brought my parent's elderly dog in for arthritis care management and Dr. LaPoint has been very helpful, always making sure I understand the effects of each medication and the available alternatives. The vet techs who trim her nails are amazing! They make vet visits a fun time for the pups.

My cat came in for emergency care- was able to get a same day appointment. He healed quickly and got a clean bill of health and updated vaccinations 2 weeks later. They handled him with care and you can tell they really like animals. A+

First off The computers always seem to be down and doesn’t keep the pets weights among other things. Also they kept sending a link to the vaccination records and it was only for one dog and wouldn’t load anything else. The 3rd time was a charm. The thing that makes me the most angry is We have to go back for a 3rd round of shots because I asked if there was anymore and they said no so now I have to pay another exam fee which is just a money grab because nobody seems to be able to do their job correctly. They aren’t very friendly either except for the front desk lady. Last Saturday they left us waiting for over an hour because they had no staff. No compensation offered…. Vetco is joke and I will be taking my pets back to the pet clinic asap.

Made an appointment due to my dog being attacked by other dogs. Told them when I booked he was attacked and had puncture wounds and a laceration. They accepted the appointment. Arrived at appointment, dog was taken back then vet came up and said they didn’t have time to treat him but they would look for an emergency vet. Per the vet he needed sedated, shaved, and some sutures. Today I looked at my account and they put we missed the appointment which is not true. Most uncompassionate people I have ever seen. Worst service.
