Doc Andrew is great and very informative. No question is to big or small. Assist SARAH rocks and Rufus loves her to pieces. Front desk crew very helpful and not rushing you. They all seem to care and best of all care about the pets.

Very disappointed, I got a kitten 2 weeks ago and went to the vet for her first shots and checkup. I paid for the bundle in advance because it was a cheaper option in the long run. The first appointment was $109 and the bundle for 3 appointments with different pricing was $239. I unfortunately don’t have the kitten anymore and I can’t get my money back. If they don’t do refunds or want to cancel the bundle it should say no refund policy on the appointment list and on the receipt.

This place can’t even get their hours right not only does it say it opens at 8:00am while the vet section it’s inside of petco which opens at 9:00, but I was here on a Tuesday afternoon with my dog who needed veterinary help bc the place showed it was open on Google Maps only to get there and figure out they don’t open on Tuesday. Wasted my time and had my dog suffering for longer than he should’ve.

I had a coupon for a free exam and rabies vaccine. But the vet visit would have cost $90. The vet exam took less than a minute. She didn’t even look in her ears.

Everyone from the veterinarian to the support staff was amazing and kind. Jay at the front is extremely helpful. The vet was friendly and helpful and so was her nurse.
