The Shaggy Pup Pet Spa

i decided to check this place out because we had a hard time in the past finding a groomer that works well with poodles (hes a cockapoo) and i decided to check this out because of the google reviews. i thought the price honestly was reasonable $85 & then i added a tip on top. i think thats very fair for a precise poodle cut. the workers are very sweet and gentle as well with my anxious boy. and well, the pictures speak for themselves they did a beautiful job with oscar- i genuinely couldnt have asked for a better hair cut. we will be back!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! I dropped four of my babies off this morning, and I can honestly say I am beyond pleased. From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You can immediately tell they genuinely love animals and take pride in what they do. Not only did they exceed my expectations, but my babies came out looking AND feeling amazing. Their coats were clean, soft, shiny, and perfectly groomed—but most importantly, they were happy, calm, and stress-free. As a dog mom, that means everything to me. There was no anxiety, no fear, just wagging tails and happy energy. The level of care, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. Owner/Staff were so friendly and kind. They did an amazing job and for 2 dogs it was way less expensive than PetSmart! They genuinely care about your pets and the facility is very clean. Zoey and Cooper were so excited, they could t sit still for the picture! Definitely will go again!

Fantastic service on every level! Brought my dog, Kaia, here for shedding and a bath. She was so happy when I picked her up after her service. A clear indication the service providers were kind and gentle with her, while doing an outstanding job. Kaia smelled incredible and her hair was so soft. They were able to shed a considerable amount of her undercoat. They even filed her nails as part of the service and she got a beautiful, colourful complimentary bandana. So easy to schedule. Perfect location. Beautiful and clean facility. Most importantly, Abby did a wonderful grooming job on our two Shih Tzus. Since this was their first time there, the intake person asked several questions concerning preferences and needs for our pups.
