Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

We had a great experience at Vetco Total Care Pasadena. The receptionist was very accommodating and helpful from the moment we arrived. Dr. Pohl and Vet Tech Jerry were attentive, compassionate, and took the time to explain everything clearly, including after-visit instructions. Most importantly, Rocket, our puppy, had a very pleasant vet visit. We truly appreciate the care and kindness shown to both pets and owners. Highly recommend!

The most recent visit I had, I experienced a lack of empathy and flexibility from the man at the front desk. I was about ten minutes late to my appointment (one of those days… I was rushing to get here). My fault, I know. But after a few minutes wait in the waiting room I was told they wouldn’t be able to see my dog for his dental consultation because I was late. So there’s not really much of a grace period if you’re running late. Keep in mind I usually have to wait about 30-40 minutes to be seen every time I visit this office. I wish they would have given me a call to check in and if I was too late, then tell me that, and it could have saved me a frantic drive. Especially since I’d spoken with someone before and verbally confirmed my appointment. So okay that’s fine, I eventually asked

We have been coming to Vetco Pasadena since June 2025. We have only experienced great care from the doctors and the entire staff. The always provided great service when it comes to surgery procedures and medicine refills. You can tell they really about our furry loved ones. We are always grateful for their kindness. Vetco is a pleasant place for our pets! They care and are affordable. Ive been to two other Veternarians and will not go back to them. I broought one of my other cats her before and I will return. My cat was very comfortable with Dr. Pole

We are very satisfied with the level of service and care provided at this Vetco location. The staff is consistently friendly and professional, from the reception team/concierge to the vet techs and the veterinarians. We particularly appreciate the attention given by Dr. Pohl. He always allocates sufficient time to thoroughly discuss our cats' health history, patiently asking and answering all of our questions. Dr. Pohl is highly capable and comfortable when working with cats, which is so important, as it truly helps our cats remain calm and trust him during examinations. Additionally, Dr. Pohl maintains reliable communication, providing timely and clear updates via text messages or phone calls following appointments or tests.
