I recently started exploring new grooming options after encountering some troubling experiences at my previous shop, where my dog was coming home with redness and swelling in her rear after the last two visits. It was frustrating not to know which groomer was responsible, as the staff work with different dogs each time, leaving me to address my concerns only with the receptionist. Initially, I thought the groomers were attentive, but I quickly realized that working with a rotating group of them didn’t provide the consistency my dog needed. This is by far the best groomer in town! My Blu is a puppy and she is so excited but Diane knew just how to deal with her! I came back and Blu was calm and clean! Blu is so thankful, happy and calm. I am so blessed to have found this place! God bless you Puppyland! May God Bless !!
