Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

My visit today was very helpful. The assistant( Adam ) was very knowledgeable about how to treat my dachshund and explained everything clearly. The doctor was also very caring, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions. Overall, we had a great experience and really appreciate the care they provided.

If you need a veterinarian this is the place to go (kinnelon NJ). Every single body there is so great. The whole entire staff (from start to finish) are extremely thorough. Mike is the manager there and so wonderful, amazing, compassionate, I can go on and on about how great he is. I love Dr. Lauren Rodriguez, shes the best and not pushy (like other vets, like with shots, etc.... ). There is a new vet named Dr. Griffin and I'm so looking forward to meeting her as well (I hear wonderful things about her as well, from my daughter). Thank you Vetco Total Care in Kinnelon, would not go anywhere else. Thank you for all you do for all the pets in my family.

I am incredibly grateful for the amazing care my pet received at Vetco. Dr. Griffin and vet technician Sal were both extremely knowledgeable, kind, and comforting throughout the entire visit. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated my pet with compassion. When my pet needed x-rays, they went above and beyond to ensure my pet’s health and well-being were still prioritized. Their empathy and dedication truly touched me, and I’m so thankful to have found such a caring team. Vetco has definitely earned my trust, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares about both pets and their owners.

I've been coming here 3 years. Dr Griffin is the best! Adam is a wonderful worker! I had the pleasure of being assisted by Berlin as well. And we all love sal how he bends over backwards for our pets to feel so at ease. but due to their new receptionist who has a very short temper and is being trained more than 3 months. every time I dealt with her she would snap at me. One bill alone was over $900 and I didn't even get a thank you. My God God forbid I asked for my bill she would snap at me and tell me I don't know how to send it. Thank God for Caitlin who always cleaned up her messes. (Every time I would leave here how this receptionist started working here I would leave in tears) For the rest of the team I appreciate and thank you for all you did but we are not coming back. This is one of the best vet offices I’ve ever gone to. The entire staff is amazing, as are all the vets. They know my dogs and truly care about them and their well being. Adam is like family now and everyone there is just wonderful. I’m so grateful to have found them and highly recommend this vet office to EVERYONE.
