Petco Grooming

Horrible!! All I wanted was a bath, nails clipped and a haircut. They shaved our toy poodle down to the skin. She had a little matting behind her ears, nothing else. There was no reason to shave her bald. My daughter is so upset. Our dog has been shaking since we picked her up. I will never use Petco! They didn't even talk to us, other than to tell us to go pay before we bring her out. We paid and were in shock when they brought her out! I added a before and after pic

Tonya has been my dogs groomer for years. With my first dog Frisco; she was the only person I trusted with cutting his nails. I have had other groomers prior to Tonya and hands down she is the best!! She is kind, patient and caring towards my pets. Now with my second dog Lexi she is the only groomer I will use and trust. The only issue is when I call Petco for the grooming department no one ever answers the phone. They are understaffed in that area. There should be someone to answer the phone to make appointments besides on line. As busy as Tonya is she always greets Lexi and I with a smile and positive attitude. 😊

Rosie our Morki looks great. They did a great job even with Rosie being a puppy and very fidgety. Im not sure why but the app does not allow me to schedule the next visit. Otherwise I would give 5 stars.
