We took our cat, Maggie, in and the entire staff was kind and informative. They recommended tests but didn’t pressure us to do any. We agreed with their recommendations. Within 24 hours, with Maggie showing no signs of improvement, I was back to set up an appointment that day to humanely euthanize our very sick cat. Different vet but still the same kindness and tenderness. They had the softest red towel on the exam table and a button for us to push so we could have as much time privately with Maggie before and after her passing.It was my first time holding a precious pet while they passed and the vet and their tech were so kind and gentle, not only with us but also Maggie. Went to the durham Vetco Total Care location after our dog had concerning fecal test results, the care team was so amazing and accommodating. They were kind through a difficult situation and they were extremely professional. They were all so great with our dog and we will be making this our main primary vet care. We appreciate them so much. Our dog Himawari’s care team was Dr. Simon, Rafael, and Michael. They were awesome and deserve a raise! I highly recommend this clinic and care team!

The vet services are great but every time I make an appointment, I'm asked to come earlier due to other appointments coming in at the same time. When I do come in early, I never see animals to be waiting in the lobby. I make appointments to meet my work schedule. It is frustrating to constantly be asked to come early.

Friendly employees. I didn't like that my cat was taken away for everything, even the exam. I'm used to that happening for bloodwork or vaccines but not the exam where you have a better chance to talk to the vet.
