Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital

I brought my 6 week old kitten in for a skin breakout he had and general exam. Dr Williams took amazing care of us! She let me ask as many questions as I needed to ease my own anxiety (lol) and was very patient, kind, and thorough. She was able to get Achilles the treatment he needed and he has healed up so great! Still have a few days of medication left but he is almost completely healed at this point :) before and after pictures attached. I was hesitant at first because Vetco in general doesn’t have the best reviews as a whole, but I saw how great the reviews were for the Harbison location specifically, and they did not disappoint! Even the receptionist was very nice. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this location!

Dr. Littlefield and her assistant were amazing at Prince's wellness check up. They were so great that he didn't need the cone like last year. Great exam and advice for a first-time dog owner. Thank you very much. Peace & Light

I initially really was enjoying using this Vet for my two kittens! But when I went to take my kitties to be neutered, the Vet insisted on showing me, solely, photos of the black cats of the staff members. I don’t have black cats, and never mentioned liking black cats to this Vet…but felt humiliated after realizing that she thought I would like to see black cats because I am a black person. She told me “These 2 are my black babies!” Which really sounds so problematic…seeing that we’re talking about your three cats. This is disgusting, extremely inappropriate and unnecessary. I felt humiliated and will not be back in this facility.

We have a vet we regularly see, but decided to come here for a first visit for a kitten we found as a stray since we had a coupon for a free exam. Very pleased with the care we received! Friendly and kind staff, the vet was very approachable and easy to talk to! Prices were reasonable for shots and microchipping! Definitely will be back to complete the kitten shots!

When I brought King to Dr. Littlefield six years ago, she’s been taking excellent care of him ever since. Despite moving away from the area, I still make it to see her because of the exceptional quality of care she provides. The entire office staff is amazing - thank you for your service!
