The overall process was outstanding from start to finish. You can tell Dr. Newman and her staff truly care about your pets when you bring them in. My beautiful lab, Church was patient here and after 8 weeks has gained so much of his mobility and strength back after TPLO surgery earlier in the year. He's so much more energetic and playful. I would say he's anywhere from 90-95% of his former self and we can live with that. He's so much happier and comfortable and you can tell he's got his confidence back when we're out in public and he's interacting with other dogs. Would definitely recommend if your dog is having orthopedic or mobility issues. Some of the most caring people I've ever met with pets!

Wonderful facility, doctor, therapists and team! Professional friendly and helped my pup Cooper gain strength and stability. They do an amazing job from Dr. Newman to therapists Kali Danielle and Laura to front desk Christine and Kat everyone is warm welcoming and professional. They treat Cooper so well and he’s made major improvements. Thank you, VetRec! 🐾❤️

I was very impressed with this facility. I was seen with no wait time, and the veterinarian was wonderful and explained everything thoroughly. My dog Marabou, received ultrasound for her injury, and seemed to enjoy it and became very relaxed during her treatment. My sincerest gratitude to Dr. Boniface for her knowledge and guidance for my 6 yo Standard Poodle Betty. I came to this facility based on reviews alone and they did not disappoint. Hydrotherapy and diet change were the suggestions for Betty based on her initial appointment. This big girl came in at 80lbs and is now 74.4 and playing like a 2 year old again. A special shout out to Danielle whose work in the equestrian field probably helped with our mini horse. If you are looking for a place where they truly care about your fur baby, look no more Vet-Rec is it!

Two wonderful people, Melissa and Dr. Newman worked with my dog, Buddy for an hour and a half to adjust Eddie's Wheels for him. Their tolerance and understanding his needs were of upmost importance to them. Courteous and helpful in every way. I felt so comfortable with putting my 15 year old Dachshund in their care. Great people, great place. It's apparent they love dogs!
