Charlotte Kennels

After having been turned away from other kennels (which we had used for a very long time) due to Choji's anxiety we weren't left with a lot of options when we needed to travel. Thankfully, Charlotte Kennels was able to take him and his excitable sister Azula 🩷 The staff were patient with him and able to give him the proper medication with no issue and even warmed up to some people there as well as give a lot of playtime to Azula who got to make a ton of new friend. Very thankful for the professionalism of all the staff and will definitely be making the drive to drop them both off here in the future

We boarded our Shepherd here recently while we were out of town. We were nervous because Nessie is not always the most dog friendly. They took great care of her. They sent us an update and photos everyday. It was nice to know she was being so well taken care of.

This was my first time boarding my dog. I moved from out of state and this place was recomended by several co-workers. The staff here are amazing. My dog came back tail wagging, tuckered out and clean. Thank you Charlotte Kennel for keeping my boy happy and healthy while we were out of town. 01/09/2026 My boy's second stay was outstanding!! We had a flight issue getting home and he had to stay an extra night. Bajie was happy to be spoiled for a few more hours. He was fresh and clean at pickup. I cant thank the staff enough for the care they give my boy. I recommend this kennel for all services available. Charlotte kennels is my go to for dog boarding. They take great care of our baby, Heimlich. He loves to play and socialize.

Everyone seems to be very nice, friendly and caring! They have been honest with us about Remy from the first time we took her there for boarding. But they were willing to take her and love her. They tell us each time about how Remys behavior has changed for the better! We've been really pleased how they've taken care of Remy!
