I can’t thank this clinic enough. This place was a blessing when I needed help the most. The staff treated me with so much compassion and urgency, making me feel safe during a very vulnerable moment. Everything was handled professionally and with care. I will always be thankful for the support I received here. Highly recommended for anyone needing immediate assistance. I have my babygirl home and she’s so much better!!! 🙏🏼❤️‍🩹

HOW CAN THEY FORGET HIM?? My sister and I took a sweet stray cat we named Butterscotch because he was having trouble breathing. Upon arrival we were greeted and they took him in right away which i really appreciated. It was busy so I understand waiting but after nearly an hour they said he was in oxygen and they were going to do blood work and X Rays to see what was going on. We agreed to leave, which was recommended. We asked to see him before we left and it took over an hour just to say bye for a minute. After a couple of hours, we received the bad news that he had a bunch of issues and his little body was giving up. Ultimately we decided to help him cross to kitty heaven. I rushed my dog, Heart, in with a bleeding left eye and lid. Vergi’s staff and doctors were incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable from start to finish. During check-out, all my worries were gone — Heart looked so well, wearing her cute bandanna and going home with detailed care notes. Even though I now live farther away, I still bring my dogs here because I trust the love, care, and excellent treatment they provide. Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of Heart! ❤️🐾

Outstanding clinic! My 13-year-old pup had an emergency at 10pm on a Friday night, and the compassionate staff immediately helped him (and me!). The doctor was lovely as well and issued the perfect care plan, and I'm happy to report my dog is home and doing so much better. It's a relief to know such wonderful care is available when our pets need it. 10/10 recommend. Thank you VERGI for everything.

If you believe Vergi has provided incompetent care, file a complaint with the State of Texas for Veterinary Medicine. They should be shut down. I brought my miniature schnauzer to Vergi. She was actively vomiting and pooping blood in my car and unable to stand. This was during Covid. They came outside and got her. I was not allowed to come in. Shortly after, they brought her out and said she was not critical or urgent. I ended up going home under the belief a doctor had seen her. Within 24 hours she was admitted to another hospital. She went straight to icu with life saving efforts being made. After all measures had been exhausted, there was nothing left to do and she did not survive. Vergi saw my dog with critical symptoms and were not able to recognize them and did not provide treatmen
