My pup coco is very timid. Pampered pups did a great job with her. Constantly talking to her to help put her at ease. I highly recommend. We will definitely be back!

My dogs have gotten groomed here quite a few times with pretty decent results. Our most recent interactions, although, have been unpleasant. I called to reschedule the appointment twice (weeks in advance) due to my grandpa (who they know personally) having health/heart problems - to which they responded to quite rudely over the phone. Seemed like a huge inconvenience to them, with little understanding or empathy from their end. During the groom, my 13 & 1/2 year old dog was having a hard time standing and using her back legs. The woman repeated on three separate occasions that we should not have given her an anxiety pill ahead of time - that it only makes her job harder.
