VEG ER for Pets

We came in this afternoon after being seen the previous early morning. We saw Dr. Fletcher and Nurse Jessie the previous day and they gave exception care. They were attentive to his needs and ours too. Today we saw Dr. Hammett and Nurse Eliana. My cat Rusty is 10 years old and was seen for vomiting blood. The staff were very competent in their ability to perform necessary tests and give treatment. The facility is very modern and has comfortable couches with complementary snacks and drinks. Although there were more severe emergencies being treated before Rusty the staff still made sure to check on him and keep us informed. all the staff is very nice and you get to be with your pet the entire time, my cat Mocha passed away unfortunately but I got to spend every single second with her and they let me hold her for as long as i wanted to, they even helped me to pick out an urn for her and cut off some of her fur for me as well as getting ink paw prints for her. I will forever miss her. the staff were very gentle with her and friendly

I can’t say enough about Veg er for pets. From the minute we walked in everyone was so welcoming, and caring. You could absolutely feel that each and everyone of the techs/doctors cared for the well being of our sweet boy. We came in for our cat, who was vomiting and has persistent respiratory issues. They were very helpful. From the first time we called they put us on the phone with a doctor. When we came in every was super helpful and kind, and made sure we understood everything and answered all of our questions. They also gave us a detailed estimate of all of the costs and explained everything in detail beforehand which was fantastic. And encouraged us to stay with her and pet her the whole time. Good experience.
