Viera East Veterinary Center

I recently had to visit this office because my regular vet was closed, and the experience was so positive that I decided to make them my new primary veterinary clinic. I won’t name where I transferred from because they weren’t bad, but Viera East truly stood out in the way they cared for my dog. Dr. Burns was absolutely amazing. She personally spent time in the room with us, thoroughly explaining everything instead of delegating it all to a technician. (I truly appreciate vet techs—it just meant a lot to have the veterinarian herself so involved and present.) She was very transparent about pricing, providing both high and low estimates so we knew what to expect. I have never set foot inside their office. But as you can see, the pictures below are of a little kitten I now have, whose life was helped saved by the very kind and professional, most compassionate and patient, the most immaculately caring women and men, whose career choices were so perfectly chosen as their roles and their responsibilities there in are quite obviously something they are very proud of and take very seriously. And again I have yet to set foot in their office. I have merely just called with concerns and questions and the answers they gave me have helped me save this kitten that I am now in love with who has brought me back from the darkest places that these wonderful men and women of this veterinary clinic most unbeknownst to them have indeed help me come back from by helpi

The team went above and beyond to save my beloved pet, and their kindness, compassion, and expertise are truly top-notch. From the moment we walked in, we were treated with warmth and understanding. The staff are not only incredibly skilled but also genuinely caring, making a stressful situation so much more manageable. I'm forever grateful for their dedication and expertise. If you're looking for a veterinary clinic that truly puts the health and well-being of your pets first, look no further! Five stars isn't enough – I'd give them ten stars if I could!

Every time I go to Viera East V.C. It’s a good experience. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Mocha does not have a problem going to see the doctor. She is always curious as to what they are going to do AND they give her a treat to lower any stress level she might have.

Absolutely amazing! They showed lots of care when my older cat was facing cancer, and now they show that same amount of care for my kitten. Me and my family put complete trusts in all the staff at Viera East.
