VEG ER for Pets

Thankful that Leesburg has a 24/7 clinic now. I took my 10 month puppy in for a persistent infection. I had a calm, friendly, and immediate experience. Surprisingly no sticker shock. I expected to pay extra, and I did, but it wasn't crazy. I used the quiet room since my dog is still in training and wanted to bark at everything and everyone. The doctor was knowledgeable and gave us options. The pricing was transparent. Though other patients came in with some very urgent needs, a tech came to check on us and offer refreshments. 5-stars! #dogdad

Amazing team, operates much like a proper ER, with immediate triage and attention for our cat Cheddar! Were offered a private room so he was able explore and be more comfortable. It was great to have a 24/7 option available nearby. Everyone we interacted with were absolutely amazing and while I hope to never see any of them again (because that means our pets are healthy), I'll definitely be coming back without hesitation if the need arises!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Thomas. My cat had a swollen jaw and lymph node, I called ahead to get their advice and to give them a heads up I would be coming in. It is an open concept, however, I was offered a private room for my cat's comfort (my cat is well behaved so I told them to save the room for more anxious animals). I was triaged very quickly so was able to get a baseline for my cat's vitals. When Dr. Thomas was available she did an exam on my cat, an ultrasound, gave him some fluids, and gave him meds to help with swelling/pain while we waited to get in with our primary vet. The next day Dr. Thomas spoke directly to me on the phone and called my cats primary doctor to give a full update. The staff here is really nice, promptly answers calls, and always willing to help!

I was a wreck and couldn’t really decide on anything and my guinea pig Priscilla’s doctor was so helpful with calming me down and easing my tough decisions with the best possible care and respect! If it wasn’t for the doctor I would’ve lost my mind she really took care of not only my dying baby but me and for that I’m forever grateful. Really respectful and good team in here and I will be back if any emergencies ever arise again!

We were here on opening day :) Our 7 month old doodle swallowed a sock. They imaged him and tried to make him bring it out but he couldn’t because of anti nausea meds he was on prior to this. We returned the next day as suggested by the doctor and she was right on about not doing an endoscopy on a full stomach on day-1. The doctors pulled not one but two socks from this bad boy ! The doctors are thorough and thoughtful, the nurse techs are kind and the facility is very clean. Glad we came here ! Thank you VEG for helping our Ollie ❤️
