Really love this place. Customer service is awesome- I’ve had so many bags of food specially ordered and Ruth and Maria are always on top of it. They have a huge variety of treats and dog food brands and can answer questions/ give recommendations.

Happy Hound is hands down our favorite place to bring our dog for a wash. We come here regularly, and it’s always a great experience. For just $20, you get access to a full self-wash station that includes everything you need—high-quality soaps, excellent drying equipment, and a super clean setup. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. They clean and reset each washing station after every use, so every time we come in, it looks and feels brand new. The entire place smells great, which is a huge plus for any pet facility. They also have a great selection of dog treats and toys, especially for larger breeds, and my dog is always excited to walk through the door—which says a lot! Thank you to Bianca (I sincerely hope I remembered your name right!!) for her help when I stopped by today and bought a blanket for my girl. It was a perfect fit and she approves! ❤️ Well try to stop by to show it off at some point! Other than the blanket, there were some really high quality toys, treats, and food options that I will most likely take advantage of in the future!

Happy Hound has an excellent variety of pet supplies and the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. But, today, my little Maltese, Stitch, who is deaf and 90% blind had a great experience with the bathing station. Everything we needed to get in and out quickly - what a great experience!

It’s unfortunate to have to give a local business that I have been bringing my business to, for 5 years, a review like this, but that’s why customer service and how you treat your customers is so important. I have been getting my dogs food from here for years, they offered me 10% off because I buy so many of their lightly frozen foods. Originally, they said each case you get you’ll get 10% off, then each time I went, even if I would buy more then 10/ 12 at a time they would still just give me 10% off even though they originally said one case from the freezer which typically fits 5/6 packs of food. However, I never complained and continued to purchase from them without them honoring 10% from each case. The last time, I specifically asked the woman with the short black hair, how many are in
