VEG ER for Pets

This is my baby boy Styx. My first baby and first pet. He had fluid around his lungs. I went to MedVet first, I wish I didn't. These people, Dr. Storey and Nurses Alison, Sabrina, Samyya, and Bethany and Assistant Sam and CEC Izzy & Sam were absolutely attentive and beautiful. They went out of their way to transfer my cat from MedVet and over to them. They drained his fluids and took care of them. They made me cry happy tears. They even sung me a happy birthday since my birthday was just yesterday (March 6th). I am so grateful for them for saving my baby and being there for me. They are absolutely sweet and I would recommend them over and over again. They were so accommodating. I love them so much

My experience at VEG in Chantilly was Elite. The entire staff is incredible. My deepest gratitude to ALL of the doctors and nurses that were involved and invested in my Beau B’s care and recovery. You all worked so hard to ensure we had a positive result and while it was scary and tough for awhile you ALWAYS had warm smiles on your faces to help keep me calm.. this ER is truly special. They truly care about their patients and their owners. They encourage you stay with your pet for as long as you need or want to. Not once was I ever made to feel like I was a burden while my dog was an inpatient. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive at all times. Unfortunately my 7 yr old Golden Retriever passed on the way to V.E.G on Christmas but I just want to say that all the staff members we had contact with were nothing but nice. They put us in a nice private room to say good bye to our boy and go over the options for everything after. I can't remember her name but the woman that was with us was lovely. I would definitely recommend them but just know that it is not like a typical ER it's all one room and other owners are around when you walk in. Really cool concept to be able to stay with your pet but not the best in this scenario but still 5 stars. Attached some photos of our handsome boy!

My cat had been in labor for a few hours before I started worrying and took her to the emergency vet, where she finally gave birth. The people who worked at VEG that night were truly the most amazing veterinary techs and doctor in the world. Even though they were busy and unlike other places that wouldn’t take us they welcomed us with open hearts. As soon as I walked in with my cat, a tech and the vet immediately came over, took her from my arms, and started caring for her right away. I’ve never seen this level of urgency and priority even in human emergency rooms. They were kind, calm, and you could tell they genuinely love animals. Everyone here was so incredible and took amazing care of us and our dog Clover, even though she didn't make it they were so compassionate and took such amazing care of us. We were very impressed with both the quality of care and the skill and empathy of all the staff that helped us. We sincerely appreciate all the people at VEG and are thankful they were there for us.
