A Heartfelt Thank You to Deepwood Veterinary Clinic ​We wanted to take a moment to share our deepest gratitude for the incredible team at Deepwood. ​Saying goodbye to our beloved Lucky was one of the hardest things our family has ever had to do. During such a heartbreaking time, the staff at Deepwood went above and beyond. Their compassion, professionalism, and genuine kindness made a world of difference, allowing us to focus on honoring Lucky and saying our final goodbyes in peace. ​We were especially moved to receive a sympathy card from the entire team. It wasn’t just a signed card; every single member of the staff took the time to write a personal, handwritten message to us. Knowing that Lucky touched their lives too, and seeing that level of personal care, meant the world to us. ​ W

Thank you for being so patient and kind with a very sensitive dog. Vet visits are always challenging for her, so it truly meant a lot to see how gentle and understanding the team was. I even teared up a little watching her give her paw and sit calmly for the vet tech and Dr. Carroll. It was such a wonderful moment and speaks volumes about the care and compassion you show your patients.

Doc and I are so grateful for Dr. Carroll! She is incredibly kind and compassionate, we actually travel over four hours just to see her. From check-in to check out, everyone at Deepwood is welcoming and attentive. It worth noting we, Doc and I, travel a total of 4 plus hours to Deepwood Vet clinic from Maryland. I mentioned to the male tech that Doc can get upset when handled by men, he’s a finicky little Amazon that way. The tech tried to get a female staff member, but when none were available, he took his time, and Doc was completely comfortable. This level of care and consideration for the little details and making sure our pets feel safe is exactly what makes Deepwood exceptional. Dr. Carroll has been treating my pet birds for several years since we moved to the DMV region and she is truly the most knowledgeable and compassionate avian vet ever. Togepi and I are extremely thankful to have her as his doctor! Many, many thanks to Dr. Carroll, Kim, and rest of her team!

I'm so relieved to have found this place for our three fur babies. I've never been so happy with the price before, especially now my oldest is getting old enough to not fit on the human vs cat age chart anymore. Our last vet really let us down and made me worried for the health of my babies. Both the tech and the doctor I got to see here today, though, made me feel so much more secure about putting my babies in their care. This is definitely the best vet experience I've had and the best vet bill I've ever looked over. I can't imagine we'll be going anywhere else ever. I only wish I could have known about this place a long time ago and been bringing my babies HERE for the last decade! For the first time ever, I'm looking forward to our family's next vet visit!
