Thank you for all of the kindness and compassion yesterday. It was a blurr and we were and are still incredibly upset for the loss of our sweet angel Venus. Thank you for allowing us to do it our way in the car and at our own pace. It was a very hard decision for us to make and we appreciate your help from the doctor to the staff. The compassion I felt from the vet was as if it were the family vet I had taken my dogs to the last 20 years offering us a hug and reassuring us that this dog is so loved. We buried our sweet girl at the top of the hill with one heck of a view and we appreciate the love and care you show all the people and patients. We appreciate all you did during the hardest part of loving a dog.

VEG was amazing! They took the best care of my sweet Charlotte! We were sent from our primary vet and were triaged right away when we arrived at VEG. They immediately started caring for her and doing a proper work up, along with reviewing her records that our normal vet sent over! Every nurse was just absolutely awesome! Special shout out to her daytime nurses both Heathers and her nighttime nurse Alice!! Dr. Mac was super nice and caring and was very upfront about what was needed to help my girl. We arrived there around 10 AM and she was going into surgery with Dr. Mac by 2 PM! They set up a private room for me and my baby to spend the night in together which was absolutely wonderful! Everything was explained to me and I especially loved being able to be with my girl the entire time. The

My dog had an allergic reaction to something and her muzzle swelled up, I wasn’t sure if it had something to do with her current tx she is undergoing for heart worms so I was scared and it was after hours for our vet, so it landed me to VEG. But the care and compassion exceeded my expectations. They really do care about your pet. I did feel things are a bit more expensive than my vet but realize it’s an emergency vet and I’m grateful they were open. I do not feel they just want your money but rather they really care about your pet and want to make sure they can do all they can to treat your pet without overlooking something. I’d give them 100 stars. All the staff was amazing, they all truly care about your pet. I don’t remember all the staffs name, I only know my dog Sadie seen Dr. Joyce

I have used VEG both to put down a dog who was dying and to diagnose some strange symptoms in another dog. The entire staff works well together and takes really good care of both pet and owner the whole time you are there. There electronic system for giving you estimates and payment is quick and easy. The rooms they give you for those last moments with your pet are comfortable and homey with dim lighting. And staff make sure you feel welcome to stay there as long as you need to.

Took my American bully(Rex 8yrs male) here. We found out he has hip dysplasia. The staff from the receptionist to the doctor were all very accommodating and so very kind. Very attentive and had multiple different payment options for my pups visit. Answered all my questions. Even though I had to wait long(Saturday morning with 6 other animals before us) they checked in on us and made sure we were comfortable the whole time. The examination rooms/ bathroom was very clean. They gave Rex a bed to lay on with blankets nearby and it had an air purifier in our room, it made it a very relaxing space for my pup. And the couch in the examination room was comfortable too. When Rex was under a sedative to get the X-rays and his blood work done, they also clipped his nails for us without me asking. I t
