Hollywood Feed

Hollywood feed has the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time! In an age where that’s less en vogue, the folks here are always friendly and exceptionally helpful. They’ll carry a heavy bag out to the car for you if you need help, and they even waited for me a few minutes past closing once when I was completely out of dog food and misremembered closing time. The products they carry are high quality, with solid ingredients, and I couldn’t feel better about feeding my beloved dog from this spot.

Went to the Asheville location for the first time yesterday for doggie clothing. Brought my pup and she was treated with lots of love from all the employees. They were attentive as soon as we walked through the door, explained the discounts and selection, including the store layout. They had plenty of options to choose from and we found a great deal on two pieces (came in only looking for one). The store has a lot of different products, from toys, food, OTC medications and treats. It was a great experience and will definitely come back.

Such an awesome pet supply store, I have been in numerous times and need to leave a good review. The staff are the best, incredibly knowledgeable about products they sell, including research studies that have been done on different types of food. They have helped me choose the right food for my pets that make me feel confident that I am feeding them the best diet for their needs. In addition to this, I most appreciate never feeling like a burden. It's clear that they like what they do and enjoy talking with me - it's always a bummer when I'm met with staff that show disinterest or even annoyance with being asked questions, never have to worry about that here and look forward to my monthly trips to grab some dog food and treats. Every time I go to Hollywood Feed, I’m so glad I did. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It’s a friendly shop that carries a very wide variety of goods for both my cat and dog. I’ve always found what I’m looking for at a fair price. Excellent experience.

Love this place! They are so helpful and pleasant! And they have great stuff! My baby Layla is healthier and happier!
