THE BEST!!! The nurses and Dr. Lowe were so personable and made my extremely anxious dog comfortable. My dog got into dark chocolate, and I was able to speak with Dr. Lowe on the phone to see if we should come in. We came in, and were immediately seated and seen. They took such great care of Peanut, as well as my husband and me. I highly recommend them. They saved Peanut’s life!!!!!

The most amazing pet hospital Ive been to. I will never go anywhere else! The staff is so kind and empathetic, and they are willing to do anything to make sure your baby is safe and healthy. I brought my Bruce Wayne in for his second urinary blockage in one month at only 1 years old, terrified about his outcome and my ability to give him what he needs. In less than an hour Dr. Whalen, nurse Caitlyn, and nurse Jordan completely turned my worries around and even had me laughing by the end of the night. Absolutely every member of the team was exceptional — compassionate, attentive, and deeply committed to caring for both our pet and our family. From the moment we walked through the door, we felt supported by a staff that worked in perfect sync, keeping us informed and making sure we never felt alone in the process. I would especially like to recognize Dr. Erin Sole. In one of the scariest moments we’ve ever faced with our pet, she became our steady and reassuring presence. I cannot say enough kind words about the staff at VEG Alpharetta! Our Earl had some scary tummy troubles that we couldn’t get on top of and they helped us decide how to get him better and dealt with us getting discharged and having to come back for another overnight stay. They made it easy for me to be next to my boy the whole time and watching them care for everyone else’s pets with such kindness and empathy was a gift to witness. This is a great place and your pet is in good hands here. I called and quickly received a paperless registration form. I showed up and they immediately took us back. My companion can be a handful; sedatives are required for every visit, but they were able to handle him. The procedure was fully transparent, they explained each step as they went along and they fielded any questions that I had. This situation was considered emergent, so the hours were more convenient and, frankly, my dog can be a little rambunctious for his normal veterinarian at times. Honestly, I thought that I was going to be there half the night; all in, including round trip travel, we were home in a little more than two hours. I would recommend this place without hesitation or reservations.
