VCA St. Mary's Animal Hospital

This place is amazing! They are friendly, knowledgeable about dogs at every age, and transparent regarding pricing, so no surprises. Dr. Bott and Tech Payton took their time during our appointment and we didn't feel like just a number. It was an excellent experience for our dogs and for us. Thank you, too to the wonderful check-in/check-out desk personnel. We will be back! A+

My cat, Lucky suddenly got very sick. His regular vet was unable to get him in immediately so I called VCA. They were able to see him right away and got him feeling better fast. And to top it off, they have texted several times to ask how Lucky is doing. It means a lot to me that they took the time to follow up.

Overall, visits are ok, Dr. Meadows is great, the veterinary techs are awesome and listen to my concerns. Other DVMs are good, the male veteran was very helpful when my dog needed a vaccine inoculation due to another vet missing her nose for bordatella, other than the costs, I've had relatively good visits here. Another observation is the cleanliness of the rooms. Quite a bit of buildup on the baseboards and saw some blood specs on the floor not from my dog and some other damage. Recommend the unlimited vet visits for 19.99 a month. Never know when you need a visit!

We had SUCH an amazing experience here. We adopted a sick kitty from a shelter and they saw+treated her so quickly. Everyone we've seen and spoken to here are lovely and incredibly knowledgeable, our Whiskers was treated like family the second she came in the door! Definitely taking our other animals here from now on too from having such great experiences.

Let’s be real no one loves coming to the vet with their animal, but I really do love the staff and doctors at VCA. They are friendly from the moment you walk in the door. They greet you and when you go back to the exam rooms, the techs are kind and really pay attention to your concerns. When the vet comes in she is polite, professional, and shows she wants to assist with your pet’s ailment(s). Their billing is always upfront, clear and they never pressure you into making rash decisions or paying for something that isn’t needed. When I leave always feel like I have been heard, questions answered and I have a better understanding of how to treat my pets.
